Just purchased gearbox parts from Mini City for my ‘66 Cooper S. Doug was very helpful as usual. Responded quickly via email and did follow-up with a phone call. You can call and leave a message but I would suggest email.

My favorite go to places for parts are DJ's, Seven, Mini City, and even our host. I won't comment on any other firms as it wouldn't be proper and most folks know my feelings about that. I certainly hope that Doug is still doing well. If ever there's a doubt about the correct part or part number for anything Mini, Doug Scribner is the go to guy! He is the most knowledgeable Mini parts guy in the world, period! FWIW, if Doug hadn't had the foresight to buy up as much Mini parts from the BL dealers when they were getting out of the US Mini business, I dare say there would be a whole lot less US MK1 Minis left in this country! For about 5 years it was him that kept our cars on the road.

OK, good to know, thanks. I think the last time I called MiniCity was to get some original color BMC engine block paint. We had a bad phone connection, I was yelling and he was yelling and we could hardly hear each other. If I can shoot our host or 7ent or APT or MiniCity a little business I try to do that. Even generic stuff like oil filters that I can get off Amazon, I try to support those that support our hobby. If there is any other sources on the right side of the USA I would like to know. I heard the clown is handling MiniSport over here but cant find a link. Yeah, the Mini City decal from the yellow book cover rocks, but my fave was BIOYA Enterprises. Anybody know where to find an image of the old BIOYA sticker?

Hi, Excuse the earlier blank posting. Strange timing and refresh when using a mobile phone to post up. sometimes even the submit button is hidden.
On the web page, I'm not sure. But after leaving a message on the main line, I emailed and received a reply from Doug S. in about a couple of days.
Always did love that Logo! Best, MSH

just got a blank GoDaddy page when I tried the site today. Mini City Ltd is (was?) a Mini parts vendor near Rochester, NY.
