The windshield is out because it's getting ready for paint, so that should help. I'll look at it closer. Thanks.

There are studs and Nuts that bolt it down to the windshield cowel.
I know it is easier to get out with the windscreen removed. but can be done, but could also damage in the contorting to get out.
It has to lift up off of the studs to then pull out.

What all is involved in the top dash pad removal on a '95 spi car? Looks pretty basic but I don't know if it's clips or bolts underneath.
