I think that the brake MC for AA is the same as the one used on early minis but uses a longer push rod to compensate for the thicker bulkhead. If you still have the the faulty one, cannibalize the push rod and install it on a mini MC. You could also check with Todd Miller on his Austin America website, he could point you in the right direction.

I talked to a friend Who has an Austin America. He told me he just bought a new one and a rebuild kit for $115. Shipiped. $65 for the master. You can find them at Minisport in Florida. And you can probably call Mike today or tomorrow as he usually answers the phone

The British Transportation Museum in Dayton, Oh. needs a brake master cylinder for a 1970 Austin America.
Anybody got one new, rebuilt, or used? Or a good source? We'd sure appreciate it!
