I've seen the paperwork. It looks clean. I can see no reason it can't be registered in Colorado.

apparently there's only a copy of the V5 not the original and it was not valid in CO.
maybe register it via an agency that buys it and sells it back would work.

Maybe it is the ugly tail lights or who knows what is hidden under the wood panels in the rear. Or that it is still in the UK......
