Our host sells a primer and a green engine paint, that most agree is a good match for the color, but it's a good bit darker. Interestingly the cap on the can was a close match to your engine color in the photo, but it's not the color of the paint in the can.

I have never seen a Mini engine that light a green but that is not to say it wasn't used at some point.
The green in your picture is (to me) more reminiscent of the color used on the MGC engine. Some Austin-Healey engines were also painted a color similar to that but with a bit of metallic flake added. I have also seen a couple of flat head Ford V8s painted a similar color (but maybe a little lighter green).
