My recollection is that the injection Minis have a catalytic converter, a PVC, and a full evap system, but no air injection and I've never seen a EGR valve. (non-cat Minis can have an air pump system.)

Hey guys,
I am a new classic mini owner and I am trying to get my 1994 Rover Mini 1.3i SPI that I just had imported from Europe registered. Here the Salt Lake County in Utah requires a few things whether physically on the vehicle or knowing it never needed them.
1. Catalytic Convertor
2. EGR System
3. PCV System
4. AIR System
5. EVAP System
I have a Catalytic convertor coming in that I will install.
Questions 2-5 are only required if the systems were originally meant to be installed. Does anyone know if the 94-rover mini had those systems? If so or if not, is there a place that I can get documentation of some kind regarding them? I also have the Haynes service and repair manual coming in for this car.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
