Hello everyone! I am an owner of a 2008 Mini Cooper S and I have seemed to run into a recent issue.
A few months ago my mini dash displayed the yellow “full power no longer available” light and it has yet to extinguish. We took the car to the local BMW/German Import garage (we have been to them before and they do great work), but after a week or two they were still no closer to finding out the solution.
Driving the car, everything seems to work as normal. The turbo works and the car drives fine even at high RPMs. When using a diagnostic code reader, no codes are found and everything seem to be working as it should.
Any ideas on what could be causing this and any potential fixes? Thank you well in advance and have a fantastic day.
