Wind them anti-clockwise lots (there’s no “stop” when you get to the end of the range).
Then try 1 or 2 clicks (clockwise) at the back and maybe 6 at the front (or even a few less).

PS try taking one of the front ones off. Wind it full soft (hold the shock vertically) and check how stiff it to push in and out. Now wind on about 6 clicks and re-check the stiffness (you may not be able to move it at all).
Then try 1 or 2 clicks (clockwise) at the back and maybe 6 at the front (or even a few less).

Usually you want the rear set to half of the front. If the front is say at 8 set the rear to 4. You want the rear softer than front.

I just recently purchased a 1963 Austin Mini which came with Spax shocks, I have tried serval setting but the car seems to jump around alot, any ideas on settings, it seems they are the older type with on 14 clicks.
