I might suggest proper primer and paint for the trim - or simply replace the trim.

The MINI wings logo over the airbag is a little more difficult - a replacement is only available if you replace the entire airbag module....

Well, it appears as though a previous owner noticed the original silver paint fading on the center spoke at the bottom. I took off the airbag and then removed the trim pieces to find a coat of cheap black rubber feeling paint had been applied. Peeled that off to find the original silver. Probably going to have to take them back off soon, or at least just the bottom one, and perhaps apply a coat of satin black. Possibly something less shiney yet. All input is very welcome and much appreciated still!

Hello! This is my first post here, and its for my first mini i got 2 days ago.. Love it already! Wondering what my options are for the worn the wheel. I saw some clips/covers for newer models, but can find anything for the r53. Also need to find a replacement emblem. This one was bent. Thanks  in advance for all the help I know ill get from this awesome community!
