Before installing channels on my Traveller I carefully squeezed the divider between the channels with pliers. You could probably do this with the glass in place. You want to do it carefully and not squeeze too much otherwise the glass might be loose.

You might try cleaning the tracks as well as you can, then when dry using som silicon spray.

Does anyone have a method to improve the way sliding windows work short of replacing the channels?
