No, there hasn't been any water leaks, the car seems to be tight as a drum in that regard.. I'll check behind that left kick panel to make sure it's dry, and to check the connections.. thanks for the info.

Issues started within days of her buying it with multiple misfire codes on all 4 cylinders. Plugs, coil packs and timing chain guides have all been replaced and the codes go away for a while but then come back. I'm going to be changing the Variable Cam Timing Solenoids to hopefully address that issue.
Today something entirely new occured. While the wife was driving home from work she said all if a sudden all of the interior and dash lights when out, the radio went dead, the windows wouldn't operate, not would the turn signals, and all of the instrument cluster warning lights came on at the same time. She pulled over and shut the car off. Waited a couple of minutes, restarted the car and everything was back to normal except the CEL was on and TPMS Inactive warning. She drove home without any further problems. I plugged in my code reader and got the following codes:
P15FE, P110F, P1407 and P1408.
What would cause the car to suddenly go haywire like that? She's now afraid to drive it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The misfire issue and the electrical / dash issue.
The misfire - let us know if the Vanos solenoids solve the problem. Also check the cam sensors.
All of the dash lights, indicators, windows, etc are controlled by the footwell module located in the drivers side kick panel behind the hood release. I have seen cases where a software reload to the footwell module by the MINI dealer has solved strange electrical gremlins as you described. An intermittent connection or a ground problem? Have you had any water intrusion inside the car? (sunroof or windshield leaks?)
P15FE - Engine shutdown time, signal: Missing
P110F - Ambient Temperature Sensor Faulty CAN Signal
P1407 - Tank fuel-level sensor, left signal: CAN value implausible
P1408 - Tank fuel-level sensor, right signal: CAN value implausible
Let us know what you find out.

Did she happen to pass a MINI stealer ship without stopping in? I feel your frustration.
