Does anyone know if there is a difference in size of the intercooler will a S model intercooler fit a JCW.

Maybe this is something you can ask the manufacturer?

But I am not looking to spend $600 on just a intercooler. I looking online to buy a forged one and from there I got confused. Now I have found one that fit the R56-R57 s models. So my question would be what is the difference in the intercooler for the S to JCW models and for The n14 to N18 motors?

If there is None Please let me know. also i will post the link of the intercooler i am looking at. Thanks guys & Gals

We installed this intercooler on our 2012 R58 JCW. Since the JCW has a different front bumper, the clearance behind the lower grille was very tight, but ours fit.

Since we know nothing about the intercooler you are looking at, we have no way to know if it will fit on the JCW.

Good luck!
