I have changed plugs, just because the old ones were very worn down, and swapped ignition coil packs but the issue always sticks with cylinder 3. If I pull cylinder 3 coil pack plug while it is running the engine runs rough. If I start it up the engine light always comes back even though I have swapped positions of the coil packs and cleared the code (Bluedriver OBD2 reader). Any thoughts?

Howdy,
