I have an issue with my 2012 Mini Cooper.  There is a clicking sound when starting the car and it also clicks after the car is turned off. Sounds like it is coming from the glove box. Battery has been replaced as well as the starter and a new fuse box. Other symptoms include my rear break lights remain on after I shut off the car. This sound only happens every couple of weeks intermittently.  Has any ever experienced this?  There is no sunroof and no evidence of water damage.   Mechanic is ordering a CAS car access system but not sure this will fix the problem. It’s getting expensive!
