I had mine made by a local boat tarp etc. business.
They used a couple of thin oak boards under the material to keep it tight so rain wouldn't gather etc..

I currently have a black one on my pickup.  Whenever I get the time, I'm going to replace it with a red one. Depending on where you are located, we could see if we can save by having the same shop do both, or you could potentially buy the black one I have. I'm in Colorado.

I have seen the ones sold by Mini specialists and the fit finish and amount of securing pegs is not enough so they look saggy and flap around after a while.  As suggested have one made by a local interior or boat shop preferably fixed in place on the front edge of the bed with two bows to hold the center up and stop pooling water, the attachment that the bows fit into can be found at boat stores.
There is a UK shop that makes a fiberglass cover which is real nice ABS motor sport i think.

I would think any good boat canvas shop could make the cover,  there are some large truck designs that don't require drilling a bunch of holes in the bed that you may want to copy, or shrink to fit, for the structure of it.

If you can't find a tonneau specific to the Mini pickup, there's a guy that makes them for VWs you might contact to see if he would make a one-oof for your truck - Tom Buese of "Busware." (//busware.biz/Welcome.html)
