I  can  only  assume   that  it's  because  of  the  low  km  that  this  one  is  such  a  high  $$  amount.
Way  over  priced  for  one  of  these  otherwise.

Topaz Mist was the Beige colour.  They originally made 8,000, and it was 2,000 of each colour.
Then they dropped Topaz Mist and produced another 12,073 divided between, Emerald Green, Pale Aqua,
and Lapis Grey. Which is why Topaz is the rarest colour.  They dont look great in photos, but they do
look beautiful "in the flesh."  Patricia has decided she is going to sell her Emerald Green, 55,000 mile Figaro.
So I'll tell her to put it on Fleabay.  Lovely running wee car.  Centre of attraction every time she drives it.

My  take  on  the  colors

original  4

emerald  green  -   looks  cool  at  first  but  then  gimmicky, almost clown like

lapis  grey  - ok  but  quite  bland , can look purple or blue sometimes

topaz  mist  - ok (kind of the beige one)  lowest volume made

pale  aqua  - best  suited  for  this  car  and  the  best

any  other  on  a figaro  , black,  cherry  red,  pink,  etc.  terrible..cars  should  be  taken  away  from  anyone  to  ruin  a figaro

numbers  made
lapis  grey  8,156
emerald  green  5,632
pale  aqua  3.989
topaz  mist  2,279

I Suppose it's all a matter of taste regarding colour.  (Malcolm has a nice Green Figaro in Orlando.)
Some colours are more traditional...like Almond Green on a Mini, and they just look....right.
Spotted a modern Nissan the other day and it was painted in same Green shade as a Figaro.
So Nissan obviously like that colour.  If you are making a Commercial decision on colour alone then
it's a no brainer. More people, given a choice, will buy a Green Figaro rather than any other factory colour.
Topaz Mist didnt have same production run, so it's more rare.

Oh aye, another Figaro going to make stupic money....and it's that scabby Green colour that nobody likes. Hmmm.
What's the TOP price realised for ANY other colour on BaT?  Why would anyone would buy Lapis Grey?  I'd cut my wrists before buying one of those. Follow the money!!!
