I purchased a tune from Revolution Motor Works last fall for my 2020 1.5t and it gave my car everything it needed.  It pulls hard now.  Anyway, I know they have tunes for your model as well.  I'll be heading back shortly for more upgrades.  Intercooler next maybe.  It came with the module to install/uninstall the tune when needed.  Jan builds racing coopers that push 600hp so I don't think you'll have an issue with hp if you consult with him.    Here's a link to their website.

The thinner air at altitude means less hp, regardless of the car.  Although the modern ECU does its best to compensate, you still lose performance.

Have you done any other mods to the car?

As for the chip upgrades, yes it will help since they increase the overall hp - the result is better performance.  The result will be better at sea level, but your car will still benefit at altitude.

Here is the link to the ECU upgrade.

Also take a look at the Sprint Booster - this may help you as well.
