After looking into the oil pressure issue, I'm pretty sure it just has the wrong oil in it the last change sticker says they put 10w30 In it and 5w50 is the best oil for it especially when it's 26 degrees out. Thanks for the info I'll check the alternator

If your voltmeter is reading very high, check the alternator output ASAP - if the rectifier/regulator has gone wrong you'll boil the battery and run the risk of melting things.  14.2V is what you're looking for, anything higher and it's new alternator time.
Oil pressure at zero hot normally indicates worn main bearings or a tired oil pump, as long as you've got >15psi on the move you're okay for a bit until you decide to rebuild it.

If the factory temperature gauge is reading normal, I'd leave it alone until it throws all the water out.

So about two weeks ago I baught a 91 classic mini, I drove it home (about 2 hours)
Perfect drive everything was normal. Here's the concern after driving it around town all day today, the voltage gauge shows in the red high voltage, it has two temp sensors one before the thermostat and one after, the one after is sitting on the red line 30 minutes into driving, the one before is the factory set up and reads normal (I can tell the car is a little hotter than normal)
The oil pressure gauge reads zero at idle after about 30 minutes (oil level is perfect) then follows the rpms which is unusual in my experience.
It has the aftermarket aluminum radiator and the down stream temp sensor is aftermarket and part of the radiator kit.
I'm just trying to get an idea of what's going on before I start replacing stuff that is perfectly fine. Full disclosure I have no experience with British motors. But I am well rehersed in carberated underhead cam engines.
