    The person obviously has English as their second language.  You can hear the accent in the way the words are spelled.  Probably Spanish or Mexican.

    The sad thing is that I was hoping it was text speak, It is just ignorant speak however.

    There is an even stranger one, for a 30k buy it now mustang restoration, The guy couldn't spell himself out of a wet paper bag.
