This piston is the original as used in the early MG 1100, Vanden Plas and AH Sprites from '63-'68. Producing 8.9:1 compression with a 3cc dish in stock configuration, this 5 ring piston is ideal for a apllications where longevity is important. With three compression rings (.0625" thick), an oil control ring as well as an oil scrapper (.125" thick) this piston is designed to give extrememly long lasting performance.
