    I took your advice and bought the Mini Jem. Boy what a great car!! It is probably the nicest 1965 car on the planet!!! Here are a couple of pics of it. I am glad you talked like it was a good deal. I would have never driven the 500 miles to go see.

    Hope to take car to Mid-Ohio to race with SVRA. Also hope to have car on dyno in a few days to check horsepower. I am a vintage racer on HSR and SVRA circuits here in east. The Mini Jem is really almost too nice to race. Keep up the good work.

    This is an early model Cooper S rebodied as a Mini Jem to reduce weight on the racetrack. It raced in California in the early 90's, and has been in a museum since then.
