    An early car which had a fuel gauge that just flicked straight to the reading denotes the period this sender unit was used. Only early Mk1 pre 1963 super deluxe models, plus a few vans and basic saloons after. Cooper S up to Sept 1964 Wnen the petrol gauge needle moves slowly across it had a voltage stabiliser fitted and used GTR104.
