I am glad your car was able to meet the challenge of shared values in its new province. Last Friday's subframe change was great fun. You and AK are good hands when there is work to be done.

I think it was back in March when I first started looking at this Mini.  I purchased it, had it trucked to my Province and finally... it is worthy to run the roads in my Province.  I want to thank you all for advancing and maintaining interest in these awesome classics. I had asked questions on this forum and was fortunate enough to be located in the same city as a very helpful and knowledgeable regular contributor on this forum.  He is very generous with his time and experience (as most of you are). It was a bit of a gong show acquiring my out of Province inspection //www.minimania.com/msgThread/121876/1/1/Defrost_vent_Issue With the help of this un-named forum member (Mur) the inspection was passed.  BTW Mur, after googling the word "specious" I agree, the mechanics reasons were "jaw dropping".  Thanks for the help.

Cheers-Darrell
