Do you know when the TPMS sensor in the wheel was last replaced?

The TPMS sensor in the wheel has an integrated battery with a typical life span of 7-10 years.  If your TPMS sensor has never been replaced, it may be time.

This Forum does cover MINIs as well as Minis. If no one else responds before Monday, Ken from Mini Mania certainly will.

Try going to a site that addresses the BWM MINI, this site is for classic minis.
