"Hey Matt, where's that van project at"?

"Oh, I just tossed it up on top of a heap of stuff in the garage"

Maybe it's just perspective or something, but it literally looks like it's just tossed onto the top of a pile of stuff.
(My garage is no better btw !)

Mine is a real mongrel, vin and registration is a 68, but I suspect it was crashed and repaired as the front end and floor has been poorly welded in at the screen pillars and across the passenger floor.

The front end is twin-bolt with square tunnel, so somewhere between 69-74 I reckon.

Mine came in boxes and needs a ton of work.
