should be fixed now. did a server upgrade and new backend, found some compatibility issues, but should be fixed.

It's a forum setting. Like Chuck says, it probably got reset when the forum was updated. Click on "My Account" above the forum window, then "Your Account" and look for Settings > Forum Settings > Post Display Order.
