I have used that kind of battery cut off switch but i tool it off, i dint like it because it turns off when i drive to rough road, the road vibration triggers the mechanism inside the switch to turn to off position. I might have bought a bad switch but who knows......
and also instead of installing a cut off switch why not address the issue? Look for the reason why the battery is draining ??,

So ive been having some trouble with my mini. its a 1988 red hot austin mini, and theres a part that is constantly on, even when the car is fully turned off, so this drains the battery. I've decided its best to just find a quick release that can turn the battery on and off when needed. How would i set this up? any tips would be great
