Looks like a standard rod change with the rubber vibration damper built in. You should be able to turn that 'cup' at the base 1/4 turn counterclockwise (like a radiator cap) and lift the whole stick right out. If any kind of "quick shift" there will be an obvious extension at the base, and a longer lever below the "ball". I doubt it.... never seen any of the "short-shift" kits use that rubber isolator.
