Broke a record at 94 degrees here the other day in the 50's last night in the 70's today.

Omg, sir Dan , that'll take you all day to shove that white stuff.   I know what's happening in the eastcoast is that whoever wakes up early will shove the snow to their neighbors and when that neighbor wakes up he will shove the snow back to his neighbor, that's why the census tells that MOST of the neighborhood in the snowy areas are not in speaking terms.
But yeah, hope you get those snow taken care of sir dan. Take it easy.

hmmmm wait a minute, maybe that picture is just a part of  April fools???  I forgot its april first today

Well, March certainly went out like a lion. We survived the night and are just about cleaned up. Good thing I hadn't parked the snowblower for the season.

Big Al,

My former neighbour, now living on Blazing Colours Farm in Welland Port was here for 2 weeks.  Happy to leave the Wet Coast behind on flying home.

Will be finishing his 2,400 sq. ft. shop and coming back in July to collect his 1941 Plymouth 'businessman's coupe', a sophisticated custom car.

Spots of rain falling this evening (Mar. 31)...we have had rain 28 of 31 days this month.

EOS (Greek Dawn Goddess) showed up yesterday & the day before.  Was a welcome surprise...all bowed down.

Installing gas furnace in garage led to happy result.

Smooth roof I harvested from early Traveller and internal tank going to Bavaria!

In 3 weeks I get mailed to Australia.

More snow in forecast for this Friday. It is colder in the garage than outside, so no Mini work yet.

Like Dan, it's still snowing here and I still have easily 2-3' of snow in various parts of my yard.
Had to clean and scrape the car this morning and more on the way.

O K, just saw another one "upbound"

Lakers are around 900 feet long,Salties (Ocean boats) are around 650 feet long-

Did you know that water in Lake Michigan takes 99 years to empty out into the Great Lakes system heading east ?

Just saw my first two Lakers cruising Lake Erie, one upbound and the other down bound

Checking online with the St Lawrence/Great Lakes site but for some reason their site is not updated yet ?

Usually thru this site you can obtain all of the info you need on Lake shipping

Of course everyone knows that the Great Lakes are the worlds largest body of Fresh water

Now back to Mini Manis forum
