Basic? no amp or sub I would think, on my sons 05 the amp was under the passenger seat in a compartment, we upgraded the head unit with the alpine double DIN and put an amp in there and a sub-woofer in place of the rear seat
Mini's are like buses they come along in a bunch

I have a 2005 MC base hatchback, and was considering upgrading my sound system. Although I was unsure where the subwoofer, if any was located, along with where the amp was stored?
