Please read the following instructions thoroughly before starting to work. For safety, be sure to use jackstands in good repair and where possible, work in a clean, well-lighted environment.

1.   Remove, clean & paint Lower Control Arms (A-arms) and thoroughly clean the chassis so that you can see what you re doing.

2. Install bushings in A-arms - using a soft-jawed vise works fine. All A-arms are different in that sometimes the eccentric bolts are a tight fit. If so, ream the bushings so that the bolts pivot easily

3.   Using a soft mallet, spread the A-arm pick-up points 1/8" to ¼" each, since the bushings are not installed conventionally.

4.   Install A-arm into chassis. The hardest ones to install are the rear bolts because of limited access and vision, so install the rear eccentric first. Once you get it all the way in, install the 3/8" pinch bolt, put the washer on the other end & put the nut on just tight enough to allow the shoulder of the bolt to suck onto the washer. Now do the front eccentric. If the frame is straight, it will work perfectly!!!
